First and foremost, Warsaw is the capital of Poland, home to more than 1,800,000 residents, as well as to all of the government buildings and institutions. It is also "the sweetest of the Polish cities", (according to one of the famous Polish songs about Warsaw) where things are always changing, and life is very dynamic.
